That section 1 of Ordinance Rio. 562 entitled "An Ordinances concerning appro-
priations for the fiscal year ending March 31st, 1901 be and the same is hereby
amended to re,d as follows, to -wit:
SECTION 1.
That there be and is hereby appropriated for the fiscal year beginning
April lst, 1900 and ending ?larch 31st, 1901, for the purpose of defraying the ex-
penses and liabilities of said cit for the use of the several Funds the _following

I, Oscar Q. McNeil, City Clerk of the City of Pueblo, hereby certify that the
above and foregoing Ordinance No. 565, providing for the appropriations for the fiscal
year ending March 31, 1901, was passed by the City Council at their regular meeting
Nonday evening March 26, 1900 by a unanimous vote of all the members of the Council
presont, which was more than a majority of the aldermen - elect.
I presented the aforesaid ordinance of Mayor George F. West for his approval.
He returned the same to me without approving said ordinance. Now therefor, certifying
to the same, I have eaused said ordinance to be -_Dublishcd and placed in full force and
effect from and after its said PWDlication.
Witness my hand and official seal of said City of Pueblo, Colorado, this 27th day
of March A.D. 1900.
