there exists an urgent demand for a public park on the part of the in-
habitants of the City of r'ueblo owning real Property and residing in that portion of
the City lying east of the Fountain River.

Section 1.
That there be and is hereby created and establishz-d, within the limits of the
City of Pueblo, a park improvement district, to be known as Public Park Imprrvement
District No. 3, which said district shall cover and include all that part of the
City of Pueblo lying east of the Fountain River.
Section 2.
The purpose of creating and establishing this Public Improvement District is
to give the legal voters, within the boundaries thereof, an oppotunity to vote on
the question of issueing the Public Improvement Bonds of said district, for the
purpose of establishing and imporving a park in said district, under an act of the
Gmneral Assambly of 1891, providing for the crontion of public improvement districts;
said oublic park to include part of all the following described lands, to wit:
Blocks 181 and 182, Fletcher & Hill's subdivision, the same being a Part of the
west half_ of the N.W. quartor (4) of section thirty -two (32) in township twenty -one
(21) south, range sixty -four (64) west.
Section 3.
The said park, if so established and improved, shall be for the equal use of
all the inhabitants of said City residing within said public Improvement District.
The territorial boundaries of the district of land lying within said city to be bene-
fitted by the establishing and imporving of said park are all those: lards and lots
lying within the City of Pueblo, east of the Fountain River.
