HomeMy WebLinkAbout00542ORDINANCE; NO 542 AN OPMMANCS prohibiting animals from running at large. BE IT ORDASNe0 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 1 U.&3L0, COLORADO. Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons being the owner or owners or having the care, custody or control of any hog, cow, ox, horse, sheep, dog, chicken, duck, 7oose turkey, or any fowl or fowls, animal or annals to permit or allow the same to run at la me within the limits of the City of Pueblo, Section 2. Any person violating thid Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon c&nviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Section 3. Any hog, cow, ox, horse, sheep, dog, chicked, duck, goose, turkey, fowl or fowls, animal or animals found running at large within the City of Pueblo or found upon the premises of another not being the owner of ahving control of such fowl, fowls, animalt or animals may be pro6eeded against and dealth with under and by virtue of the provisions arid the manner as provided by the Ordinance entitled, "An Ordinance relating to cattle or other livestock in the limits of the City of Pueblo", passed August 10, 1891 or any amendments thereof or Ordinance in relation to the impounding of stock now in force or which may hereafter be in force.
