A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF CHRISTOPHER BRATNICK AND MATTHEW
LARIMORE TO SERVE A FOUR-YEAR TERM EXPIRING
AUGUST 1, 2028, ON THE HONOR FARM ENTERPRISE
CITIZENS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Mayor Heather Graham has requested confirmation by the City Council of
her reappointment of Christopher Bratnick and Matthew Larimore to serve a four-year term
expiring August 1, 2028, on the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of Christopher Bratnick and Matthew Larimore to the
Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board to serve a four-year term expiring August 1,
2028 shall be and is hereby confirmed by the City Council.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent
with this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.

SUMMARY:
This Resolution confirms the reappointment by the Mayor of Christopher Bratnick and
Matthew Larimore to serve a four-year term expiring August 1, 2028, on the Honor
Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to boards and commissions selecting individuals to
serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and presented them to
Council for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the normal term expirations of Christopher Bratnick and Matthew Larimore,
there are two appointments available to serve a four-year term expiring August 1, 2028,
on the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board. Mr. Larimore is eligible for
reappointment.
Mr. Bratnick is term-limited and has not sat out the full 3-year term as required per
may not serve again on the same board or commission until a subsequent full term has
transpired, unless the City Council determines that there are no new applicants who are
appoint Mr. Bratnick if deemed necessary.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.
