AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PUEBLO, A COLORADO MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION, AND GOODRICH CORPORATION, A NEW
YORK CORPORATION, AUTHORIZED TO DO BUSINESS IN
THE STATE OF COLORADO, FOR THE PREMISES KNOWN AS
LOT 8, LOT 11, AND PARCEL G, WILLIAM WHITE
BOULEVARD, PUEBLO, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The Lease Agreement by and between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal
Corporation, and Goodrich Corporation, a New York Corporation, authorized to do business in
the State of Colorado, for the premises known as Lot 8, Lot 11, and Parcel G, William White
Boulevard, Pueblo, Colorado attached hereto and having been approved as to form by the
Deputy City Attorney, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute and deliver Agreement in the name of the
City and the City Clerk shall affix the Seal of the City thereto and attest the same.
SECTION 3.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized and directed to perform any and all acts
consistent with this Ordinance and the Agreement to implement the transactions, policies, and
procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.

SUBJECT: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF PUEBLO, A COLORADO MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AND
GOODRICH CORPORATION, A NEW YORK CORPORATION,
AUTHORIZED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF COLORADO, FOR
THE PREMISES KNOWN AS LOT 8, LOT 11, AND PARCEL G,
WILLIAM WHITE BOULEVARD, PUEBLO, COLORADO
SUMMARY:
This Ordinance would approve a Lease Agreement with Goodrich Corporation to allow
Goodrich Corporation to utilize City-owned land for the purpose of installing a fence line
monitoring system required for compliance with the Colorado Department of Public
Health and Environment-AQD.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
On April 22, 2024, City Council approved Resolution No. 15614, which approved a
Revocable Permit by and between the City of Pueblo and Goodrich Corporation for the
use of Lot 8, Lot 11, and Parcel G, William White Boulevard, Pueblo, Colorado for the
purpose of installing a fence line monitoring system required by the Colorado
Department of Health and Environment AQD.
BACKGROUND:
Goodrich Corporation is seeking land in addition to its current location at 50 William
White Boulevard, Pueblo, Colorado 81001 for the purpose of air quality fence line
testing. The location of the leased premises is ideal for this purpose as the lots and
parcel are undeveloped land.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
Goodrich Corporation will remit to the City $7,842.00 per month during the 10-year
Lease Agreement with increases as described in the Lease Agreement.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Not applicable to this Ordinance.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
Not applicable to this Ordinance.
ALTERNATIVES:
City Council may choose not to approve the Lease Agreement, in which case, Goodrich
Corporation will need to find alternative resources to remain compliant with the State of
Colorado.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of this Ordinance.
