The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to Collings Aerospace for the use of Lot 8, Lot 11, and Parcel G, William White Boulevard Department of Public Health and Environment - AQD. SECTION 2. The use of the Permitted Area granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit. PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: Not Applicable. BACKGROUND: City and Collins Aerospace are negotiating a lease agreement for the property subject to this resolution. However, the timeline required for the approval of the proposed lease agreement will not allow Collins Aerospace to remain in compliance with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment-AQD. FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS: City shall receive $7,842 in return for the issuance of this Revocable Permit. BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Not Applicable. STAKEHOLDER PROCESS: None.
