A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT TO COLLINS AEROSPACE FOR THE
USE OF LOTS 8 AND 11 AND, PARCEL G, WILLIAM WHITE
BOULEVARD, PUEBLO, COLORADO FOR THE PURPOSE OF
INSTALLING A FENCE LINE MONITORING SYSTEM
REQUIRED BY THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
AND ENVIRONMENT AQD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to Collings Aerospace for the
use of Lot 8, Lot 11, and Parcel G, William White Boulevard
Department of Public Health and Environment - AQD.
SECTION 2.
The use of the Permitted Area granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.

MONITORING SYSTEM REQUIRED BY THE COLORADO
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT AQD
SUMMARY:
Attached is a proposed resolution to approve a revocable permit to allow Collins
Aerospace the use of Lot 8, Lot 11, and Parcel G, William White Boulevard for the
purpose of installing a fence line monitoring system required for compliance with the
Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment-AQD.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
Not Applicable.
BACKGROUND:
City and Collins Aerospace are negotiating a lease agreement for the property subject
to this resolution. However, the timeline required for the approval of the proposed lease
agreement will not allow Collins Aerospace to remain in compliance with the Colorado
Department of Public Health and Environment-AQD.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
City shall receive $7,842 in return for the issuance of this Revocable Permit.
