TO 4:00 P.M. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that SECTION 1. The attached Revocable Permit (REV-24-6) is authorized to be issued to The Outlaws Rod & Custom Car Club for the closure of Victoria Avenue from C Street to Greenwood and D Street from the alleyway between Union and Victoria to the alleyway between Victoria and Lamkin to host their annual car show on May 4, 2024, from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. SECTION 2. The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit. SECTION 3. The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein. SECTION 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval. TO 4:00 P.M. SUMMARY: Attached is a Revocable Permit (REV-24-6) to The Outlaws Rod & Custom Car Club. PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: None. BACKGROUND: The applicant has submitted a Revocable Permit application (REV-24-6) requesting the closure of Victoria Avenue from C Street to Greenwood and D Street from the alleyway between Union and Victoria to the alleyway between Victoria and Lamkin to host their annual car show on May 4, 2024, from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS: None. BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval. STAKEHOLDER PROCESS: None. ALTERNATIVES: Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from using the streets listed above. RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the Resolution. ATTACHMENTS: None
