HomeMy WebLinkAbout15586RESOLUTION NO. 15586 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT (REV-24-9) TO AMP 2, LLC, FOR THE USE OF A PORTION OF THE ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY BETWEEN PARK PLACE, OAKLAND AVENUE, INDIANA AVENUE, AND E. ORMAN AVENUE TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN LANDSCAPING BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that SECTION 1. The attached Revocable Permit (REV-24-9), including Exhibit A and Exhibit B, is authorized to be issued to AMP 2, LLC. SECTION 2. The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit. SECTION 3. The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein. SECTION 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval. ORMAN AVENUE TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN LANDSCAPING SUMMARY: Attached is Revocable Permit (REV-24-9) to AMP 2, LLC, for the use of a portion of the alley right-of-way between Park Place, Oakland Avenue, Indiana Avenue, and E. Orman Avenue to install and maintain landscaping PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: None. BACKGROUND: The applicant has submitted a Revocable Permit application (REV-24-9) requesting use of a portion of the public alley right-of-way adjacent to Permittee's Property to maintain landscaping and concrete improvements. The attached Exhibit A, showing the permitted area, highlights where sidewalks and landscaping have been installed. The permit prohibits the installation of any new improvements in the right-of-way without further approval of the City.. FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS: None. BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval. STAKEHOLDER PROCESS: None. ALTERNATIVES: Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from being able to maintain the existing improvements within the public right-of-way.
