A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT (REV-23-46) TO BLACK HILLS ENERGY
COLORADO ELECTRIC, LLC, FOR THE USE OF A PORTION
OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE EAST/SOUTH SIDE OF
VICTORIA, APPROXIMATELY 8'3" IN WIDTH AND A PORTION
OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY APPROXIMATELY 8'7" IN WIDTH
ALONG THE NORTH/EAST SIDE OF D STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to Black Hills Energy
Colorado Electric, LLC, for the use of a portion of the right-of-way on the East/South side of
Victoria, approximately 8'3" in width and a portion of the right-of-way approximately 8'7" in width
along the North/East side of D Street.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.
SECTION 3.
The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with this
Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

SUMMARY:
Attached is Revocable Permit (REV-23-46) to be approved for issuance to Black Hills
Energy Colorado Electric, LLC.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The applicant has submitted a Revocable Permit application (REV-23-46) requesting to
install a fence which will occupy a portion of the right-of-way on the East/South side of
Victoria, approximately 8'3" in width and a portion of the right-of-way approximately 8'7"
in width along the North/East side of D Street.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from installing the
authorized structure in the right-of-way.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.
