A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT (REV-23-43) TO THE FOOD TRUCK
UNION, LLC., TO USE THE PUBLIC PARKING ON THE EAST
SIDE OF COURT STREET (BETWEEN W. 15TH STREET AND
W. 19TH STREET), AND PUBLIC PARKING ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF W. 15TH STREET (BETWEEN N. SANTA FE AVENUE
AND COURT STREET) FOR A RECURRING FOOD TRUCK
EVENT TO BE HELD ON FRIDAYS BETWEEN APRIL 4, 2024,
AND NOVEMBER 2, 2024
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit (REV-23-42) is authorized to be issued to the Food
Truck Union, LLC.
SECTION 2.
The use of the permitted area granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.
SECTION 3.
The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with the
intent of this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

FOOD TRUCK EVENT TO BE HELD ON FRIDAYS BETWEEN APRIL 4,
2024, AND NOVEMBER 2, 2024
SUMMARY:
Attached is a Resolution approving the issuance of a revocable permit to the Food
Truck Union, LLC for a recurring food truck event in Mineral Palace Park to be held on
Fridays between April 4, 2024, and November 2, 2024.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The Food Truck Union, LLC., has submitted a revocable permit (REV-23-43)
application requesting to use the public parking on the east side of Court Street
(between W. 15th Street and W. 19th Street) and public parking on the north side of W.
15th Street (between N. Santa Fe Avenue and Court Street). Designation of existing
public parking for dedicated event parking on Fridays between April 4, 2024, and
November 2, 2024, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and sunset. The southwest section
of Veltri Avenue inside Mineral Palace Park will also be closed to vehicular traffic during
the events. All existing designated ADA-accessible parking spaces will remain available
to the public for ADA-accessible parking. Parking will not be allowed within 20 feet of
any crosswalk.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from using the public
parking.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.
