HomeMy WebLinkAbout15488RESOLUTION NO. 15488 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT (REV-24-1) TO POSADA FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING A SIX-FOOT-HIGH WROUGHT IRON FENCE ALONG THE EXISTING SIDEWALK WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE EAST SIDE OF LAKE AVENUE AND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF INDIANA AVENUE ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY AT 2024 LAKE AVE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that SECTION 1. The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to Posada for the purpose of constructing the six-foot-high wrought iron fence along the existing sidewalk within the public right- of-way on the east side of Lake Avenue and on the southside of Indiana Avenue adjacent to the property at 2024 Lake Ave. SECTION 2. The use of the public right-of-way is hereby granted and is subject to all limitations, terms, and conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit. SECTION 3. The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein. SECTION 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval. PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: None. BACKGROUND: The applicant has submitted a Revocable Permit application (REV-24-1) for the purpose of constructing the six-foot-high wrought iron fence along the existing sidewalk within the public right- of-way on the east side of Lake Avenue and on the southside of Indiana Avenue adjacent to the property at 2024 Lake Ave. FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS: None. BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval. STAKEHOLDER PROCESS: None. ALTERNATIVES: Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from constructing the six-foot-high wrought iron fence along the existing sidewalk within the public right-of-way on the east side of Lake Avenue and on the southside of Indiana Avenue adjacent to the property at 2024 Lake Ave. RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the Resolution.
