A RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY DETERMINING THAT THE
PETITION FOR THE ANNEXATION OF THE 79.637-ACRE AREA
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE THIRD ADDITION TO VILLA
BELLA ANNEXATION, IS VALID UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF
COLORADO REVISED STATUTES SECTIONS 31-12-104(1)(A)
AND 31-12-107(1), TABLING FINAL ACTION ON THE PETITION
FOR A PERIOD OF NOT MORE THAN 180 DAYS, AND
REFERRING THE PETITION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION FOR REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to Fuel & Iron Master Tenant,
LLC, for the purpose of installing a planter to enhance the streetscape on the sidewalk adjacent to B
Street and the Fuel & Iron Parking Lot.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way is hereby granted and is subject to all limitations,
terms, and conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.
SECTION 3.
The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with this
Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

SIDEWALK ADJACENT TO B STREET AND THE FUEL & IRON PARKING

SUMMARY:
Attached is a draft Revocable Permit (REV-23-48) to be approved for issuance to Fuel & Iron
Master Tenant, LLC.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The applicant has submitted a Revocable Permit application (REV-23-48) for the purpose of
installing a planter to enhance the streetscape on the sidewalk adjacent to B Street and the
Fuel & Iron Parking Lot.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from installing the landscaping
improvements in the streetscape.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.
