A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT NO. REV-23-49 TO FUEL & IRON
MASTER TENANT, LLC, FOR THE USE OF PARKING SPACES
ALONG B STREET AT THE CORNER OF B STREET AND S.
UNION AVENUE FOR THE PURPOSE OF HOSTING A WINTER
BEER FESTIVAL MOBILE AXE THROWING TRAILER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit REV-23-49 is authorized to be issued to Fuel & Iron
Master Tenants, LLC, for use of parking spaces along B Street at the corner of B Street and S.
Union Avenue for the purpose of parking a mobile axe-throwing trailer as part of a Winter Beer
Festival Event.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit (REV-23-49).
SECTION 3.
The staff and the officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts
consistent with the intent of this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described
herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

SUMMARY:
This Resolution approves the issuance of a Revocable Permit (No. REV-23-49) to Fuel
& Iron Master Tenant, LLC authorizing the use of public parking spaces on E. B Street
to park a mobile axe-throwing trailer as part of a Winter Beer Festival event on January
27, 2023.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
Fuel & Iron Master Tenant, LLC, has submitted a revocable permit application (REV-23-
49) requesting to reserve the parking spaces along B Street at the corner of B Street and S.
Union Avenue to park a mobile axe-throwing trailer on January 27, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. through
9:00 p.m. as part of their Winter Beer Festival event.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the Resolution will preclude the applicant from using the public right-
of-way for parking a mobile axe-throwing trailer as part of the Winter Beer Festival
Event.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.
