A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $10,000 IN THE
SOUTHPOINTE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT BUDGET FROM THE "PROJECTS TO BE
DETERMINED" OPERATING BUDGET LINE ACCOUNT INTO
THE "REPAIR & MAINTENANCE" OPERATING BUDGET LINE
ACCOUNT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
Funds in the amount of $10,000.00 in the SouthPointe Special Improvement
Maintenance District Budget will be transferred from the "Projects to be Determined" operating
budget line account to the "Repair & Maintenance" operating budget line account.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent
with the intent of this Resolution which are necessary or desirable to implement the transactions
described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon final passage.

BUDGET LINE ACCOUNT
SUMMARY:
The Resolution will transfer $10,000 in funds in the SouthPointe Special
Improvement Maintenance District budget from the "Projects to be Determined"
account into the "Repair & Maintenance" account.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
Resolution No. 14970 was approved on August 22, 2022, which transferred $20,000
from the SouthPointe Special Improvement Maintenance District from the "Projects
to be Determined" account into the "Repair & Maintenance" account to resurface the
soft surface trail and complete existing landscape projects.
BACKGROUND:
The transferred funds will be used to fund additional landscape repairs and
maintenance through the end of 2023.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
Not applicable to this Resolution.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
SouthPointe SIMD Advisory Board approves the transfer of funds.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
Not applicable to this Resolution.
ALTERNATIVES:
City Council could decide not to approve this transfer and the required maintenance
will not be completed.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.
