A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF BILL ADAMS AND JEAN LATKA TO SERVE A
THREE-YEAR TERM EXPIRING NOVEMBER 1, 2026 ON THE
PUEBLO STREETSCAPE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Mayor Nicholas A. Gradisar has requested confirmation by the City Council
of his reappointment of Bill Adams and Jean Latka to the Pueblo Streetscape Advisory
Committee; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of Bill Adams and Jean Latka to serve a three-year term
expiring November 1, 2026 on the Pueblo Streetscape Advisory Committee shall be and is
hereby confirmed by the City Council.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent
with this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.

ADVISORY COMMITTEE
SUMMARY:
This Resolution confirms the reappointment by the Mayor of Bill Adams and Jean Latka
to serve a three-year term expiring November 1, 2026 on the Pueblo Streetscape
Advisory Committee.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to the Pueblo Streetscape Advisory Committee
selecting individuals to serve terms which expire during a particular calendar year and
presented them to Council for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the term expirations of William (Bill) Adams, Michael Carlisle, Jean Latka,
William (Bill) Zwick, there are four appointments available to serve a three-year term
expiring November 1, 2026 on the Pueblo Streetscape Advisory Committee. Following
an announcement in the Pueblo Chieftain and on the City’s webpage and social media
seeking volunteers to serve on this committee, two applications were received.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.

Approval of the Resolution.

Remove from agenda and re-advertise for additional applications.
