A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT (REV-23-37) TO THE SENIOR
RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (SRDA) FOR THE USE
OF THE FRONT SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF THE SRDA
BUILDING AND THE COURTYARDS SOUTH AND NORTH OF
THE BUILDING FOR THE SRDA FUND RAISER AT THE
PUEBLO CHILE AND FRIJOLES FESTIVAL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit (REV-23-37) is authorized to be issued to the Senior
Resource Development Agency for the use of the front sidewalk in front of the Senior Resource
Development Agency - SRDA building and the courtyards South and North of the building for
the SRDA Fundraiser at the Pueblo Chile and Frijoles Festival
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.
SECTION 3.
The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with the
intent of this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

SUMMARY:
Attached is a revocable permit submitted by the Senior Resource Development Agency
(SRDA).
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The Senior Resource Development Agency (SRDA) has submitted a Revocable Permit
application (REV-23-37) requesting the use of the front sidewalk in front of the SRDA building
and courtyards south and north of the building for the SRDA Fundraiser at the Pueblo Chile and
Frijoles Festival from September 22, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. through September 24, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent SRDA from hosting its event in the public
right-of-way during the Pueblo Chile and Frijoles Festival.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.
