A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF KYLE RAYBURN AND WARREN RIVERA TO
SERVE A FOUR YEAR TERM EXPIRING AUGUST 1, 2027 ON
THE HONOR FARM ENTERPRISE CITIZENS ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, Mayor Nicholas A. Gradisar has requested confirmation by the City Council
of his appointment of Kyle Rayburn and Warren Rivera to serve a four-year term expiring
August 1, 2027 on the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of Kyle Rayburn and Warren Rivera to serve a four year
term expiring August 1, 2027 on the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board shall be
and is hereby confirmed by the City Council.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent
with this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.

SUMMARY:
This Resolution confirms the appointment by the Mayor of Kyle Rayburn and Warren
Rivera to serve a four year term expiring August 1, 2027 on the Honor Farm Enterprise
Citizens Advisory Board.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
The Mayor has made appointments to the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory
Board selecting individuals to serve terms which expire during a particular calendar
year and presented them to Council for approval.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the normal term expirations of Bob Neumeister and Kyle Rayburn, there are two
appointments available to serve a four-year term expiring August 1, 2027 on the Honor
Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board. Mr. Rayburn is eligible for reappointment.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.

Remove from agenda and re-advertise for additional applications.
