CD2011 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADA CURB RAMPS AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS ON EGAN AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that SECTION 1. Funds in the total amount of $44,599.80 are hereby transferred from the accounts and in the amounts shown below into Project No. CD2011 and budgeted and appropriated for said Project. CD2116 - $43,605.40 CD2113 - $ 994.40 SECTION 2. The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with the intent of this Resolution which are necessary or desirable to implement the transactions described herein. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval. CD2116 AND $994.40 FROM PROJECT NO. CD2113, ALL TOGETHER TOTALING $44,599.80, INTO PROJECT NO. CD2011 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADA CURB RAMPS AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS ON EGAN AVENUE SUMMARY: This Resolution transfers money from prior projects into Project No. CD2011 Eiler’s Neighborhood Sidewalks. PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: None. BACKGROUND: Neighborhood representatives applied for CDBG funding to replace deteriorated infrastructure over three blocks within the neighborhood. The additional funding will allow the City to fulfill the original request. FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS: Not applicable. BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: None. STAKEHOLDER PROCESS: Not applicable. ALTERNATIVES: Council could elect to use an alternate source of revenue for the improvements. RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the Resolution. ATTACHMENTS: None
