A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT TO OUTLAWS ROD AND CUSTOM CAR
CLUB FOR THE USE OF THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG
VICTORIA AVENUE FROM "C" STREET TO GREENWOOD
STREET; AND "D" STREET FROM THE ALLEYWAY BETWEEN
UNION AVENUE AND VICTORIA AVENUE TO THE ALLEYWAY
BETWEEN VICTORIA AVENUE AND LAMKIN STREET FOR
THE PURPOSE OF HOSTING THEIR ANNUAL CAR SHOW
EVENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to Outlaws Rod and Custom
Car Club for use the right-of-way on Victoria Avenue from "C" Street to Greenwood Street, and
on "D" Street from the alleyway between Union Avenue and Victoria Avenue to the alleyway
between Victoria Avenue and Lamkin Street to host their annual car show event.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.
SECTION 3.
The officers of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with the
intent of this Resolution to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

SUMMARY:
Attached is a draft revocable permit submitted by Outlaws Rod and Custom Car Club.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None.
BACKGROUND:
Outlaws Rod and Custom Car Club has submitted a revocable permit application
requesting to close Victoria Avenue from "C" Street to Greenwood Street, and "D"
Street from the alleyway between Union Avenue and Victoria Avenue to the alleyway
between Victoria Avenue and Lamkin Street for the purpose of hosting their annual car
show event.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the Resolution will prevent the applicant from utilizing the right-of-
way to host their car show event.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.
