OF JOE LATINO, MIKE RICOTTONE, AND TONY MONTOYA TO THE
PUEBLO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE ENTERPRISE ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
SUMMARY:
This resolution appoints members to serve a three-year term expiring December 1,
2025 on the Pueblo Municipal Golf Course Enterprise Advisory Committee.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
City Council has made appointments to the Pueblo Municipal Golf Course Enterprise
Advisory Committee selecting individuals to serve terms which expire during a calendar
year. Amended City Charter Section 4-4 (i) now requires that such appointments be
made by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by City Council.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the term expirations of Tammy Fesmire, Michael Ricottone and Joe Latino, there
are three appointments available to serve a three-year term expiring December 1,
2025, on the Pueblo Municipal Golf Course Enterprise Advisory Committee.
Following an advertisement published in the Pueblo Chieftain and an announcement on
the Board and Commissions webpage seeking volunteers to serve on this board, three
applications were received.
The applications were reviewed by Mayor Gradisar and his recommendation is to
appoint Tony Montoya to the Elmwood Pass Holder position, Mike Ricottone to the
Walkingstick Pass Holder position, and Joe Latino to the City Resident position.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This is a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
