AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
AIRPORT CORONAVIRUS RELIEF GRANT PROGRAM (ACRGP)
GRANT AGREEMENT NO. 3-08-0046-042-2021 AND
BUDGETING AND APPROPRIATING EIGHTEEN DOLLARS TO
PROJECT NO. AP2102
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The Letter Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) to the Airport Coronavirus Relief Grant
Program (ACRGP) Grant Agreement No. 3-08-0046-042-2021 (the “Agreement”), received from
the United States of America acting through the Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”), making
available an additional eighteen dollars ($18.00) in federal funds for costs related to operations
and maintenance expenses at the Pueblo Memorial Airport, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference, after having been approved as to form by the City Attorney,
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
Funds in the amount of $18.00 received per the Amendment are hereby budgeted and
appropriated to Project No. AP2102.
SECTION 3.
Should additional funds be received pursuant to the Agreement or the Amendment, as
each may be further amended by the FAA, said funds shall be budgeted and appropriated to
Project No. AP2102 without the need for an additional ordinance.
SECTION 4.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with
this Ordinance to implement the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 5.
This Ordinance shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.

SUMMARY:
This Ordinance accepts an amendment to the ACRGP Grant Agreement for the Coronavirus
Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriation (CRRSA) Act Grant No. 3-08-0046-042-2021
increasing the maximum obligation of the United States by $18.00 (from $1,004,155.00 to
$1,004,173.00).
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
Ordinance No. 9904 approved in March 2021, accepted a grant agreement between the City of
Pueblo and the FAA and awarded $1,004,155.00 to the Pueblo Memorial Airport.
BACKGROUND:
In 2021, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) acting on behalf of the United States of
America awarded grant funds to primary airports from under the Airport Coronavirus Relief Grant
Program (ACRGP). Per the provisions of the (CRRSA) Act, the FAA has calculated a reallocation
of CRRSA Act funds to primary airports based on the amount of funds remaining after eligible
U.S. airports declined or failed to claim their funds.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
Funds in the amount of $18.00 will be budgeted and appropriated to Project AP2102.
