A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE
MAYOR OF ALLISON REA TO THE COMMUNITY COMMISSION
ON HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS (CCHH)
WHEREAS, Mayor Nicholas A. Gradisar has requested confirmation by the City Council of his
appointment of Allison Rea to serve on the Community Commission on Housing and
Homelessness (CCHH); NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The appointment by the Mayor of the following individual to the Community Commission
on Housing and Homelessness to complete a two-year term expiring December 31, 2023 shall
be and is hereby confirmed by the City Council:

SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with
this Resolution to implement the appointments described herein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and City
Council.

SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR OF
ALLISON REA TO THE COMMUNITY COMMISSION ON HOUSING AND
HOMELESSNESS (CCHH)
SUMMARY:
This Resolution confirms the appointment by the Mayor of a member to complete a two-year term
expiring on December 31, 2023 on the Community Commission on Housing and Homelessness
(CCHH).
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
City Council has made appointments to the Community Commission on Housing and
Homelessness (CCHH) selecting individuals to serve terms which expire at the end of a particular
calendar year. Amended City Charter Section 4-4 (i) now requires that such appointments be
made by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by City Council.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the term expirations, there are several spots available to complete one, two, and three-
year terms on the Community Commission for Housing and Homelessness.
An application was received and reviewed by Mayor Gradisar.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Remove from agenda and re-advertise for additional applications.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.
