Hello,
My name is Adam Uhernik, I work for Pueblo County, and I'm the organizer of the Courthouse Lighting
Ceremony. The event takes place at the Historic Courthouse in Pueblo and kicks off the holiday season
every year with a big fireworks show and other fun activities for our citizens. I'm writing to you to
request your sponsorship and support for the 2021 Lighting Ceremony which will take place Tuesday,
November 23. The ceremony will honor frontline, essential, healthcare workers, and people impacted
by COVID-19. This is a really important time for our community to come together and to recognize those
folks who gave so much during the global pandemic to move our community forward.
The festivities will kick off at 5 p.m. with music, rock climbing walls, bungee trampolines, bounce houses,
hot chocolate, first responder vehicles on display, and photos with Santa for the kids. The lighting
ceremony will take place at 7 p.m. followed by a fireworks show completely coordinated to
music. Your financial support will help us pay for the expenses related to the event.
We appreciate all our sponsors and their contributions which is why we have a wide variety of
sponsorship amounts. Please find those amounts on the next page.
I have also identified marketing efforts and recognition you will
receive in return for your sponsorship. Your support will help us
