AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE PROJECT ACCOUNT
NAME FROM PROJECT CI1819 – EAGLERIDGE AND
DILLON DESIGN TO PROJECT CI1819 – EAGLERIDE AND
DILLON DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
Project account CI1819 – Eagleridge and Dillon Design is hereby amended to
CI1819 – Eagleridge and Dillon Design and Construction.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall become effective on the date of final action by the Mayor and
City Council.
SECTION 3.
The officers and staff of the City are authorized to perform any and all acts
consistent with this Ordinance to implement the policies and procedures described herein.

Introduced and initial adoption of Ordinance by City Council on April 12, 2021 .
Final adoption of Ordinance by City Council on April 26, 2021 .

SUBJECT: AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE PROJECT ACCOUNT NAME FROM PROJECT
CI1819 – EAGLERIDGE AND DILLON DESIGN TO PROJECT CI1819 –
EAGLERIDE AND DILLON DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
SUMMARY:
This Ordinance revises the project account name from “Project CI1819 – Eagleridge and Dillon
Design” to “Project CI1819 – Eagleridge and Dillon Design and Construction.”
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
Ordinance 9350 passed and approved establishing Project Account CI1819 – Eagleridge & Dillon
Design.
Ordinance 9889 passed, entering into an agreement with CDOT accepting grant funding in the
amount of $1,800,000 from FHWA, and appropriating those funds into project CI1819 –
Eagleridge & Dillon Design.
BACKGROUND:
In order to align the City’s project scope with the authorized and intended use of the grant funds,
it is necessary to rename the project to address both the design and construction efforts required
to execute this project.

None.
