As a representative of the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Cycling Conference (RMCCC), we propose to conduct a USA Cycling-sanctioned event on Sunday March 15th, 2020 from 6am until 6pm. The RMCCC and USA Cycling are a subdivision of the United States Olympic Committee. Our event will be permitted and sanctioned by USA Cycling which includes a liability insurance package covering the promoters as well as the City of Pueblo.
