The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to Pueblo County Board of th County Commissioners for the use of 10 Street between North Main Street and Court Street, on November 26, 2019, from 10:00 am to 9:30 pm. SECTION 2. The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms, and conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit. SECTION 3. The officers and staff of the City are directed and authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with the intent of this Resolution to effectuate the policies and procedures described herein. SECTION 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval. BACKGROUND: th Pueblo County Board of County Commissioners request the use of West 10 Street between North Main Street and Court Street, on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, from 10:00 am to 9:30 pm, to host the Courthouse Lighting Ceremony. FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS: None. BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval. STAKEHOLDER PROCESS: None. ALTERNATIVES: Denying the Resolution will cancel event. RECOMMENDATION : Approval of the Resolution. Ortiz Chris Wiseman District 1 District 2 District 3 Hello, My name is Adam Uhernik, I'm the Public Information Officer for Pueblo County Commissioners.I'm requesting a permit to close W.101h street in front of the Pueblo County Courthouse on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 from 10am — 9:30pm. During the afternoon and early evening, we will be hosting our Courthouse Lighting Ceremony and events. If the permit is approved,from 4-7pm we will have military vehicles, first responder vehicles, bounce houses, and a band for the public to enjoy. At 7pm we will hold our lighting ceremony followed by a 5-minute fireworks show. I'm requesting the road be closed at 10am so we can stage the area appropriately and our vendors have adequate time to setup. Attached with this application is a detailed map of where we would like to close the street.
