Gradisar, Mayor VIA: Brenda Armijo, City Clerk FROM: Samuel Vigil, Director of Public Works SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR THE COMPLETION OF DEFERRED FILINGS FOR THE JDA SUBDIVISION SUMMARY: This Resolution awards a six-month extension for the submittal of deferred filings for the JDA Subdivision. PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: Approval of Ordinance 9313 – An Ordinance Approving the JDA Subdivision. BACKGROUND: This Resolution will grant the subdivision applicant a six-month extension for the submittal and approval of all information, documents, drawings, profiles and plat required by Chapter 4 of Title XII of the Pueblo Municipal Code. FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS: Not applicable. BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Not Applicable. STAKEHOLDER PROCESS: Not applicable. ALTERNATIVES: None. RECOMMENDATION : Approval of the Resolution. RESOLUTION NO. 14249 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR THE COMPLETION OF DEFERRED FILINGS FOR THE JDA SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 9313 passed on July 23, 2018, City Council conditionally approved the plat of JDA Subdivision with the condition that all deferred filings be filed with and approved by the Director of Public Works within one year from the date the final subdivision plat was conditionally approved by Ordinance, unless a time extension is granted by Resolution by the City Council; and, WHEREAS, the Subdivider has requested a six (6) month time extension for the submittal and approval of the deferred filings; and, WHEREAS, the Subdivision Review Committee has reviewed the Subdivider’s request for said time extension and does not object to the request; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. The Subdivider of the JDA Subdivision is hereby granted a six (6) month time extension to January 23, 2020 for the submittal and approval by the Director of Public Works of all information, documents, drawings, profiles, and plat required by Chapter 4 of Title XII of the Pueblo Municipal Code. SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.
