A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COUNCIL MEMBER TO THE
PUEBLO DEPOT ACTIVITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, City Council Appoints Various Members to The Boards and Commissions on
An Annual Basis; and
WHEREAS, Councilman Chris Nicoll Was Appointed to The Pueblo Depot Activity
Development Authority Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, The Time Constraints of Councilman Chris Nicoll’s Schedule Does Not Allow
His Attendance on A Regular Basis, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1:
Ed Brown is hereby appointed as the Council Representative on the Pueblo Deport Activity
Development Authority Board of Directors for a one-year term expiring January 31, 2019,
replacing Chris Nicoll.
SECTION 2:
The officers and staff of the City are directed and authorized to perform any and all acts
consistent with the intent of this Resolution to effectuate the policies and procedures described
herein.
SECTION 3:
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

ACTIVITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
SUMMARY:
This resolution appoints Councilman Ed Brown to the Pueblo Depot Activity Development
Authority Board of Directors.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
Resolution 13880 appointing members of Council to various Boards and Commissions.
BACKGROUND:
Due to time constraints with the monthly meetings for the Pueblo Depot Activity Development
Authority Board of Directors, Mr. Chris Nicoll is unable to attend meetings as needed, therefore
Mr. Ed Brown has been asked to fulfill this obligation as he previously served on this board.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
None
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
Pueblo Depot Activity Development Authority Board of Directors endorses this appointment.
ALTERNATIVES:
Councilman Nicoll will remain on the Pueblo Depot Activity Development Authority Board of
Directors.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.
