RESOLUTION NO. 13909
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE HONOR
FARM ENTERPRISE CITIZENS ADVISORY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1:
The following individual is hereby appointed to the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens
Advisory Board to complete a four-year term expiring August 1, 2019.
Kyle Rayburn
SECTION 2:
The officers and staff of the City are directed and authorized to perform any and all acts
consistent with the intent of this Resolution to effectuate the policies and procedures described
herein.
SECTION 3:
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

ENTERPRISE CITIZENS ADVISORY BOARD
SUMMARY:
This Resolution appoints one individual to the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board
to complete a four-year term expiring August 1, 2019.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
Appointments to the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board are made on an annual basis

selecting individuals to serve four-year terms expiring on August 1 of each year.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the resignation of member Charles Wingfield there is one position available to complete a
four-year term expiring August 1, 2019 on the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board.
Following an advertisement published in the Pueblo Chieftain and an announcement on the City
Clerk’s webpage and the City of Pueblo social media outlets, the following applications were
received from:

Kyle Rayburn Resident of Pueblo West
Tom Abbott Resident of Westcliffe
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
None
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None
ALTERNATIVES:
City Council could remove the Resolution from the Agenda, request that the recruitment process
be extended, and order the public notice for applications be republished in order to receive
additional applications for consideration.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.
