SUMMARY:
This Ordinance will rescind Ordinance No. 9055.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
Ordinance No. 9055 was approved by City Council on October 24, 2016 creating two (2)

three (3) subdivided lots was approved on March 27, 2017.
BACKGROUND:
The subject property is located at the northeast corner of Ridge Drive and Outlook
Boulevard. With the original Ordinance, number 9055, the property was subdivided into
two subject lots, totaling 17.34 acres. The applicant then requested to revise the
subdivision to create three (3) subdivided lots, also totaling 17.34 acres. The subsequent
Ordinance, number 9108, was approved. Since the two (2) subdivisions were for the
same property, Ordinance 9055 must be rescinded.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None

approve the modification of the subdivision plat of Ordinance 9108.

Hearing to all property owners located within 300 feet of the subject property.

property would be if effect.

Commission for consideration of proposed modifications.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Ordinance.
