Respected Members of the Pueblo City Council.
American Medical Response and over 100 organizations involved with the annual AMR Safety Jam event
would like to request your support for the 5th Annual AMR Safety Jam to be held May 20, 2017. In past
years the Pueblo City Council has generously support this fun and educational community event with a
$1000.00 contribution. These funds help offset costs of the onsite transportation needs for attendees at
the event. We are asking for continued support in the amount of$1000.00.As this event continues to
grow so does attendance and the need for the buses on site is vital for event success. We thank you for
your past support and hope it is possible to continue this support in 2017.We would also invite all City
Council members to participate in the opening ceremony at 10:00AM the day of the event. Please feel
free to contact me with any questions,as well as with information as to who from the council is able to
attend.Thank you for your time and consideration and continued efforts to improve the lives and
wellbeing of the citizens of Pueblo Colorado.
Yours truly
