RESOLUTION NO. 13479
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING LARRY ATENCIO TO THE
PUEBLO REGIONAL BUILDING COMMISSION TO
COMPLETE THE VACANT ONE YEAR CITY COUNCIL
REPRESENTATIVE POSITION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1:
Larry Atencio is hereby appointed as the Council Representative on the Pueblo
Regional Building Commission to complete the one-year term expiring January 31,
2017.
SECTION 2:
The officers and staff of the City are directed and authorized to perform any and
all acts consistent with the intent of the Resolution to effectuate the policies and
procedures described herein.
SECTION 3:
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon final passage.

SUMMARY:
This Resolution will appoint Councilman Larry Atencio as the Council representative to the Pueblo
Regional Building Commission to complete the one year term expiring January 31, 2017.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
None
BACKGROUND:
Annual appointments by the President of City Council are made each year in order to have a City
Council representative to a variety of Boards and Commissions where it is either required that a
Council Member be a member, or it has been the policy to have a Council Member serve on the
Board or Commission. The 2016 appointment for the Pueblo Regional Building Commission was
never filled.
