ORDINANCE NO. 8925
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8864 TO
CORRECT LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN
SECTION 1 THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The legal description contained in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8864 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Pueblo Fire Station No. 4, according to the recorded plat thereof, filed
for record in the office of the Pueblo County Clerk & Recorder January
28, 2011 Reception #1865604
Containing 3.06 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2.
Ordinance No. 8864 as amended by Section 1 hereof is hereby approved,
confirmed and ratified.
SECTION 3.
This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and
approval.

SUBJECT: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8864 TO CORRECT
LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN SECTION 1 THEREOF
SUMMARY:
The incorrect legal description was used in the original approval of the Fire Station No. 4,
Filing No. 2 Subdivision Ordinance.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
Ordinance No. 8864 was approved on May 11, 2015.
BACKGROUND:
The legal description contained in Ordinance No. 8864 was incorrect and did not
encompass all of the area to be subdivided. This Ordinance will correct the legal
description.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
None
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None
ALTERNATIVES:
If City Council does not approve the Ordinance, the legal description will remain incorrect.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Ordinance.
