A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ORIGINAL FUNDING
SOURCE FOR PROJECT HU1501 – BERKLEY SMALL
BRIDGE DECK REPLACEMENT FROM HU1205 – WEST

BRIDGE REPLACEMENT – WEST 11 STREET
WHEREAS, PROJECT NO. 15-002 – Bridge Deck Replacement was
established, budgeted, and appropriated; and
WHEREAS, the incorrect funding source was mistakenly chosen as HU1205 –

West 11 Street Bridge Replacement and should have been CP1004 – Bridge
th
Replacement – West 11 Street; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
Funds in the amount of $200,000 for Project HU1501 – Berkley Small Bridge
th
Deck Replacement shall be transferred from CP1004 – Bridge Replacement – West 11
Street.
SECTION 2.
The officers and staff of the City are directed and authorized to perform any and
all acts consistent with the intent of this Resolution and the attached contract/agreement
to effectuate the transactions described therein.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

This Resolution amends the original funding source for Project HU1501 – Berkley Small

Bridge Deck Replacement from HU1205 – West 11 Street Bridge Replacement to

CP1004 – Bridge Replacement – West 11 Street.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:

BACKGROUND:

The original funding source was mistakenly named as HU1205 – West 11 Street
Bridge Replacement when it should have been CP1004 – Bridge Replacement – West

11 Street.
Funds in the amount of $200,000 will be transferred from CP1004 – Bridge
th
Replacement – West 11 Street to HU1501 – Berkley Small Bridge Deck replacement.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
Funds for the Project will be paid out of HU1501 – Berkley Small Bridge.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
None.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Denial of this Resolution will result in the contractor not being paid for the work
completed.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of this Resolution.
