RESOLUTION NO. 13200
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE HONOR FARM
ENTERPRISE CITIZENS ADVISORY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1:
Charles Wingfield and Bob Neumeister are hereby appointed to the Honor Farm Enterprise
Citizens Advisory Board for a four-year term expiring August 1, 2019.
SECTION 2:
Christopher Bratnick is hereby appointed to the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory
Board to complete a four-year term expiring August 1, 2016.
SECTION 3:
The officers and staff of the City are directed and authorized to perform any and all acts
consistent with the intent of this Resolution to effectuate the policies and procedures described
herein.
SECTION 4:
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE HONOR FARM ENTERPRISE
SUBJECT:
CITIZENS ADVISORY BOARD
SUMMARY:
This Resolution appoints two individuals to the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board for
four-year terms expiring August 1, 2019 and one individual to complete a term expiring August 1,
2016.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
Appointments to the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board are made on an annual basis

selecting individuals to serve terms expiring on August 1 of each year.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the term expiration of members Charles Wingfield and Bob Neumeister and the
resignations of Dean Pace and Bruce Briscoe there are four terms to be filled on the Honor Farm
Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board. Mr. Wingfield and Mr. Neumeister do wish to be considered for
re-appointment.
Following an advertisement published in the Pueblo Chieftain on Sunday February 8, 2015 and an
announcement on the City Clerk’s webpage seeking volunteers to serve on this committee.
Applications were received from the following individuals:
Charles Wingfield Incumbent, Resident of the County of Pueblo
Bob Neumeister Incumbent, Resident of the City of Pueblo
Christopher Bratnick New, Resident of the County of Pueblo
The application deadline will remain open until the fourth vacancy is filled.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
This a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.

ALTERNATIVES:
City Council could remove the Resolution from the Agenda, request that the recruitment process
be extended in order to receive additional applications for consideration.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Resolution.
