TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND TO THE PUEBLO URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY AS THE EX-OFFICIO FOR THE YEAR 2015 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1: Robert Schilling is hereby appointed as the Council Representative on the Planning and Zoning Commission for a one-year term expiring January 31, 2016. SECTION 2: Robert Schilling is hereby appointed as the Council Representative on the Ex-Officio Member of the Pueblo Urban Renewal Authorityfor a one- year term expiring January 31, 2016. SECTION 3: The officers and staff of the City are directed and authorized to perform any and all acts consistent with the intent of the Resolution to effectuate the policies and procedures described herein. SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon final passage. TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND TO THE PUEBLO URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY AS THE EX-OFFICIO FOR THE YEAR 2015 SUMMARY: This Resolution will appoint Councilman Robert Schilling as the Council representative to the Planning and Zoning Commission and to the Pueblo Urban Renewal Authority as the Ex-Officio. PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: None BACKGROUND: Annual appointments by the President of City Council are made each year in order to have a City Council representative to a variety of Boards and Commissions where it is either required that a Council Member be a member, or it has been the policy to have a Council Member serve on the Board or Commission. 2015 Appointments were made January 26, 2015 prior to Mr. Schilling being sworn in as City Council Representative for District One.
