PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: None. BACKGROUND: The subject property is located at 2211 Jones Avenue. The applicant is requesting to rezone the existing developed 3,125 square foot property to allow uses that are not currently allowed in the R-2 Zone District. With the following exception, the applicant has complied with all conditions of approval: The applicant must apply for and be granted a revocable permit to place the required parking spaces in the public right-of-way. STAKEHOLDER PROCESS: The Planning Department sent out Notice of the Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing to all property owners located within 300 feet of the subject property. A Public Notice poster was placed on the subject property 15 days prior to the Public Hearing. ALTERNATIVES: If City Council does not approve this Ordinance, the current zoning would remain.
