SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT
TO PUEBLO CRIME STOPPERS, INC., FOR THE USE OF THE 100 BLOCK
OF WEST "B" STREET FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING THE "B"
STREET BASH ON JUNE 6, 13, 20, AND 27, 2014
SUMMARY:
Attached is an application for a revocable permit submitted by the Pueblo Crimestoppers for
their “B” Street Bash.
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
A Revocable Permit is requested each year to conduct the annual Crime Stoppers’ B Street
Bash event.
BACKGROUND:
Pueblo Crime Stoppers, Inc., is requesting the use of the 100 Block West “B” Street from 4:00
p.m. on Friday until 8:00 a.m. on Saturday to conduct the annual "B" Street Bash. The event
will be held on June 6, June 13, June 20, and June 27, 2014.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Revocable Permit Review Committee recommends approval.
STAKEHOLDER PROCESS:
None.
ALTERNATIVES:
Denying the Resolution will most likely cancel the event.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of this Resolution.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT TO PUEBLO CRIME STOPPERS, INC.,
FOR THE USE OF THE 100 BLOCK OF WEST "B" STREET FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING THE "B" STREET BASH ON
JUNE 6, 13, 20, AND 27, 2014
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The attached Revocable Permit is authorized to be issued to Pueblo Crime Stoppers,
Inc., for the use of the 100 Block of West “B” Street from 4:00 p.m. on Friday until 8:00 a.m. on
the following Saturday to conduct the “B” Street Bash. The event will be held four Fridays: June
6, June 13, June 20, and June 27, 2014.
SECTION 2.
The use of the public right-of-way granted hereby is subject to all limitations, terms and
conditions set forth in the attached Revocable Permit.
SECTION 3.
The officers and staff of the City are directed and authorized to perform any and all acts
consistent with the intent of this Resolution to effectuate the policies and procedures described
herein.
SECTION 4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.
