RESOLUTION NO. 12743
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE HONOR
FARM ENTERPRISE CITIZENS ADVISORY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1:
The following individuals are hereby appointed to the Honor Farm Enterprise
Citizens Advisory Board for four-year terms expiring August 1, 2017.
Robert Cancelieri
Edward Renck
Doug Stout
SECTION 2:
The following individuals are hereby appointed to the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens
Advisory Board to complete four-year terms expiring August 1, 2016.
Bruce Briscoe
Dean Pace
SECTION 3:
The officers of the City are directed and authorized to perform any and all acts consistent
with the intent of the Resolution to effectuate the policies and procedures described herein.
SECTION 4:
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon final passage.

A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE HONOR FARM ENTERPRISE
CITIZENS ADVISORY BOARD
ISSUE
Should City Council appoint members to the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory
Board for (3) four-year terms expiring August 1, 2017 and two appointments to complete
(2) four-year terms expiring August 1, 2016?
RECOMMENDATION
Approval of the Resolution.
BACKGROUND
Due to term expirations of Incumbent Board Members Robert Cancellieri, Edward
Renck, and Doug Stout, and the resignations of Board Members Robert Hall and Larry
Newcomb there are five appointments to fill on the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens
Advisory Board: three appointments to fill four-year terms expiring August 1, 2017 and
two appointments to complete two four-year terms expiring August 1, 2016.
Mr. Cancelieri, Mr. Renck, and Mr. Stout have all indicated that they do wish to be
considered for reappointment.
Following an advertisement published in the Pueblo Chieftain on June 16, 2013 and an
announcement on the City Clerk’s webpage seeking volunteers to serve on this
committee, applications were received from the following individuals:
Robert Cancelieri: Incumbent, Resident of Pueblo West and Retired
Edward Renck: Incumbent, Resident of the City of Pueblo, Retired Teacher
Doug Stout: Incumbent, Resident of the City of Pueblo, Masonary Contractor
Bruce Briscoe: New, Resident of Pueblo West, Fremont County Sheriff Detective
Dean Pace: New, Resident of Pueblo West, Mental Health Technician, CMHIP
FINANCIAL IMPACT
This is a volunteer board, and members serve without compensation.
