HomeMy WebLinkAbout03419 I ! f ' "� ORDINANCE NO 3419 % li • ete AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE , „ , O el�'��� OF ORDINANCES (ZONING) RELATING TO LOT SIZE 4 ` oxt' AND SETBACK REQUIREMENTS IN THE R -7 ZONE. .;„ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: Ordinance No. 3176 is amended as follows: (Brackets indicate material to be deleted by this amendment; underscoring indicates addition.) SECTION 1. Section 5 (1) entitled "Schedule of District Regulations (Part I., Residential)” is hereby amended to read, under the heading "R -7 ", as follows: R -7 (a) . L2, 400 ST 3 , 400 SF (b) -- (c) L3 (d) -- (e) -- (f) 35' (g) a:55 5' (h) 5' (i) 5 SECTION 2. Section 5 (3) entitled "Schedule of District Regulations (Part III, multiple Residential')'; is hereby amended to read, under the para- graph heading "R -7 District ", as follows: LA - net area of at least 2,400 square feet of lot area shall be provided for each mobile home in a mobile home park, with a minimum . dimension of 30 feet; provided no mobile home shall be closer than 10 feet to any other mobile home or roadway; and provide Mobile home parks shall comply with minimum standards of layout and construction set forth in Chapter 27 of this Code. In event of conflict between that Chapter and this Ordinance, the more restrictive provisions shall govern. No mobile home or • - 2 - accessory building shall exceed 35 feet in height and further provide 7. Walkways, driveways and service build- ings shall be well - lighted, but all outdoor lighting shall be directed away from adjacent properties. An accessory structure to a mobile home such as an awning, carport, windbreak or porch which has a top or roof, shall be considered to be part of the mobile home. Exposed ground surfaces in all parts of every mobile home park shall be paved, or covered with stone screenings, or other solid material, or protected with a vegetative growth that is capable of preventing soil erosion and of eliminating objectionable dust. No mobile home park shall be operated until a permit and license are 547 issued [by the city council and a license issued by the city clerk] in accordance with established ,nrocedures.irailure to maintain the grounds of the mobile home park free of nuisances, or to maintain all required improvements in good operating condition shall be grounds for revocation of the permit upon a majority vote of the city council after service of notice and hearing SECTION 3. The definition of a mobile home contained in Section 20, Definitions, is hereby amended as follows: Mobile Home. Any vehicle used or maintained for use as a conveyance upon highways or public streets or waterways, so designed and so constructed as to permit occupancy thereof as a dwelling unit or sleeping place for one or more persons or for commercial use, having no other foundation than wheels or jacks Mobile Home shall mean a vehicle equipped as a permanent or temporary dwelling for human occupation or for commercial use. Mobile Home,_ dependent; travel trailer; camper; shall mean a - 3 - mobile home dependent upon toilet and /or bathing or washing facilities provided in a service building. Mobile Home, independent; shall mean a mobile home independent of toilet and /or bathing or washing facilities provided in a service building.
