RECOMMENDATION Approval of Resolution BACKGROUND Due to the resignation of Commission Member Marie Schwager, there is one appointment to be filled on the Historic Preservation Commission. This appointment will complete the four-year term expiring January 1, 2014. Following Public Notices published in The Pueblo Chieftain on Sunday, July 29 and a notice on the City Clerk’s webpage seeking volunteers to serve on this committee, an application was received from the following individual: Maria Tucker, Resident of the City of Pueblo  No other applications were received. FINANCIAL IMPACT This a volunteer committee and members serve without compensation.
