RESOLUTION NO. 12474
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $271,988 FROM PROJECT
CP1021, SOFTBALL COMPLEX, TO PL1107, CITY HALL
INTERIOR PHASE 2, AND AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE
THEREOF FOR CITY HALL INTERIOR RENOVATION
PHASE 2
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
Funds in the amount of $271,988 shall be transferred from CP1021 Softball
Complex to PL1107 City Hall Interior Phase 2.
SECTION 2.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval.

ISSUE
Should the City Council approve a Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the
amount of $271,988 from Project No. CP1021 Softball Complex to PL1107 City Hall
Interior Phase 2 to provide additional funds to assist with the completion of the City Hall
Interior Renovation Phase 2 Project?
RECOMMENDATION
Approval of the Resolution.
BACKGROUND
The funds from the Softball Complex Project will be utilized to assist in funding the
Phase 2, City Hall Interior Renovation Project. The transfer of funds from the Softball
Complex Project CP1021 will close out the remaining funds in the project. The funding
added to the City Hall Interior Phase 2 will assist in finishing the office spaces for the
City Clerk, City Attorney, and City Manager.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Softball Complex funds will be utilized to reduce the amount of other General
Funds by $271,988 that would be necessary to complete the second phase of the City
Hall Interior Renovation Project.
