A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
HONOR FARM ENTERPRISE CITIZENS ADVISORY
BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1
The following individuals are hereby appointed to the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens
Advisory Board for three-year terms expiring August 1, 2016.

Larry Scott Newcomb

ISSUE
Should City Council appoint members to the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory
Board for four-year terms expiring August 1, 2016?
RECOMMENDATION
Approval of the Resolution.
BACKGROUND
Due to term expirations of Incumbent Board Members Doug Hunter and Robert Hall,
there are two appointments to be made on the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory
Board for four-year terms expiring August 1, 2016.
Mr. Hunter has indicated he does not wish to be considered for reappointment.
Mr. Hall has indicated he does wish to be considered for reappointment.
Following an advertisement published in the Pueblo Chieftain on June 17, 2012 and an
announcement on the City Clerk’s webpage seeking volunteers to serve on this
committee, applications were received from the following individuals:
Robert Hall – Incumbent
Larry Scott Newcomb (New), Resident of the City of Pueblo
Bruce A. Briscoe (New); Resident of the City of Pueblo West
FINANCIAL IMPACT
This is a volunteer board, and members serve without compensation.
