PACHECO, DIRECTOR TITLE AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SIGN EASEMENT, 50 FOOT INGRESS/EGRESS AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT, AND 50 FOOT ACCESS EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN PARK WEST BUSINESS CAMPUS, FILING NO. 6 ISSUE Should City Council approve the proposed vacation of the sign easement, 50 foot ingress/egress and public utility easement, and 50 foot access easement within Park West Business Campus, Filing No. 6? RECOMMENDATION The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their December 14, 2011 Regular Meeting, voted 6-0 to recommend approval with conditions. Subsequently all conditions of approval have been met by the applicant. BACKGROUND The subject easements were platted within the Park West Business Campus, Filing No. 6. These easements include: 1) a sign easement at the southwestern portion of the private street, Bonaventure Court; 2) 50 foot ingress/egress and public utility easement; and 3) 50 foot access easement, all recorded by Reception No. 1834163. With the replat of Lots 1 – 3, Block 1, Park West Business Campus, Filing No. 6, these easements are no longer necessary. The ingress/egress, access, and public utility easements will be replaced with the dedication, to the public, of Bonaventure Court. The sign easement will be replaced with two easements which will allow for the installation of entry features. FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
