PACHECO, DIRECTOR TITLE AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SPECIAL AREA PLAN FOR COUNTRY CLUB VISTA SUBDIVISION, FILING NO. 1, A SPECIAL AREA PLAN ISSUE Shall City Council approve the Special Area Plan to allow for the unique development of the County Club Vista Subdivision? RECOMMENDATION The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their July 13, 2011 Regular Meeting, voted 6- 0 to recommend approval with conditions. Subsequently all conditions of approval have been met by the applicant. BACKGROUND The applicant is requesting the Special Area Plan to facilitate subdivision of the property in a manner that would not be permissible under the R-1 Zone District. The subdivision will create one (1) lot, but the lot will not front onto a public street. The proposed subdivision and Special Area Plan will allow access to be provided to the lot via a private street (Country Club Village). FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
