RECOMMENDATION Approval of the Resolution BACKGROUND Due to term expirations of Incumbent Board Members Charles Wingfield and Bob Neumeister, there are two appointments to be filled on the Honor Farm Enterprise Citizens Advisory Board for four-year terms expiring August 1, 2015. Charles Wingfield has indicated he does wish to be considered for reappointment. He was first appointed to this committee in 2009. Bob Neumeister has indicated he does wish to be considered for reappointment. He was first appointed to the committee in 2010. Following an advertisement published in the Pueblo Chieftain on June 12, 2011, seeking volunteers to serve on this committee, applications were received from the following individuals. Charles Wingfield (Incumbent), Resident of Unincorporated Pueblo County  Bob Neumeister (Incumbent), Resident of the City of Pueblo  FINANCIAL IMPACT This is a volunteer board, and members serve without compensation.
