RECOMMENDATION Approval of the Resolution BACKGROUND Due to the resignation of Board Member Lonnie Parsons, there is one appointment to be filled on the Urban Renewal Authority. This appointment will complete the five-year term expiring February 1, 2014. Following an advertisement published in The Pueblo Chieftain on Sunday, April 24, 2011 and an announcement on the City Clerk’s web page seeking volunteers to serve on this committee, applications were received from the following individuals. Donald Bruestle, Resident of the City of Pueblo  Andrew Trainor, Resident of the City of Pueblo  James B. Sears, Resident of the City of Pueblo  Bret A.
