AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT
IN LOT 1, BLOCK 7, EAGLERIDGE ESTATES
SUBDIVISION, FILING NO 2
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The following described easement:
All of the Drainage Easement in Lot 1, Block 7 in Eagleridge Estates,
Filing No 2 according to the recorded plat thereof as filed for record at
Reception No 1690203, 1702444 and 1702445 in the Pueblo County
Records
is hereby vacated
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon final passage and
approval

TITLE
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN LOT 1, BLOCK 7,
EAGLERIDGE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, FILING NO. 2
ISSUE
Shall City Council approve the proposed vacation of the Drainage Easement located
within Lot 1, Block 7, Eagleridge Estates Subdivision Filing No. 2?
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their December 8, 2010 Regular Meeting,
voted 7-0 to recommend approval.
BACKGROUND
Lot 1, Block 7 of the Eagelridge Estates Subdivision, Filing No. 2 was originally platted
as one of seven single lot blocks that were reserved for future resubdivision. With the
resubdivision the applicant is requesting to vacate the easement as platted and replace
it with an easement that is more accurately sized to accommodate the proposed
detention pond.
