HomeMy WebLinkAbout12099 RESOLUTION NO. 12099 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A TEMPORARY EASEMENT FROM OWNERS OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF GREENHORN DRIVE AND LIME ROAD WHEREAS, the temporary easement is necessary to provide a truck turn-around for water transport vehicles. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. th The temporary easement dated May 12, 2010, copies of which is attached hereto, having been approved as to form by the City Attorney, is hereby approved and accepted. SECTION 2. The City Clerk is directed to cause said easement to be recorded in the office of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder forthwith. RECOMMENDATION Approval of Resolution BACKGROUND This temporary easement is necessary to provide a truck turn around on Greenhorn Drive north of Lime Road, adjacent to the Board of Water Works tank site.
