A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
SISTER CITY COMMISSION -CITY APPOINTMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
The following individuals are hereby appointed to the Sister City Commission to
serve the 3 -year terms expiring March 1, 2013:

BONIFACIO COSYLEON
DAVID ROSCOVER

Should City Council appoint three members to the Sister City Commission to serve 3 -year terms
expiring March 1, 2013?
RECOMMENDATION
Approval of the Resolution.
BACKGROUND
Due to term expirations of Bonifacio Cosyleon, Ray Kogovsek and David Roscover, there are three
terms to be filled on the Sister City Commission. All of the incumbents have indicated that they do
wish to be considered for re- appointment. Each of these incumbents was first appointed to the
Commission in 2008.
Following an advertisement published in the Pueblo Chieftain on January 24, 2010, seeking
volunteers to serve on this committee, applications were received from the following individuals:

This a volunteer committee, and members serve without compensation.
